I’m Ana Lucía Alfaro, complete name Anna Lucia Alfaro Dardón. My mission is to help you reach your highest aspirations by sharing my own journey and experiences. I´m here to connect with you! Either on a personal or professional manner, I look to support you on your own journey. A brief summary of my background: I’m an investor and a businesswoman from Guatemala, with a global outlook. Having lived, studied, and worked in more than 16 countries, I bring a diverse and rich perspective. My career has spanned various sectors including private business, government roles, civil society, and international organizations. My professional background includes work in investments, corporate strategy, economic and financial consulting, financial institutions, research, government policy, and international development economics. I’ve collaborated with organizations like the World Bank Group, the Inter-American Development Bank, and USAID across different continents including the Americas, Europe, and Africa.

  • MPA/ID Master in Public Administration in International Development Economics from Harvard University.
  • MBA from INCAE Business School.
  • MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Leipzig, Germany.
  • International MBA Exchange at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
  • Finance Specialization Executive Program from INCAE Business School.
  • Multiple Fellowships from Harvard University; including: Harvard International Fellow, Harvard Women and Public Policy Fellow, and Harvard Cultural Bridge Fellow.
  • Alumna of the IVLP – International Visitors Leadership Program by the U.S. Department of State and a participant in the Pathways to Prosperity in the Americas Initiative.
  • I assist women entrepreneurs in Latin America, focusing on leadership, technology, finance, and business. Additionally, I work as a Financial and Lifestyle Advisor.
